CG Power Allots 15,500 ESOP Shares at ₹595.45

CG Power allotted 15,500 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 at an exercise price of ₹595.45 per share.
The allotment increased the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹314.98 crore to ₹314.99 crore.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares in all respects.
