CG Power allotted 34,660 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 at an exercise price of ₹400.45 per share.
The allotment increased the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹314.9958 crore to ₹315.0028 crore.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
