Details of the Correction
The error was found on Page 84, point no. 5 of the Board's Report. The sentence originally stated, 'Average increase in salary of Company's employees is 32.16% other than the Managerial personnel.' This figure has been corrected to read as '9%'.
Meeting Details
The 89th Annual General Meeting of the Company remains scheduled to be held on Friday, 24th July 2026 at 03.00 p.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
Implications and Compliance
The company confirms that this typographical error has no impact on the financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2026. All other contents of the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM remain unchanged. The corrigendum and an updated version of the Annual Report have been uploaded to the company's website at www.cgglobal.com.
