CG Power Subsidiary Receives RDSO Kavach 4.0 Approval

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited provides an update regarding its subsidiary, GG Tronics India Private Limited (GGT).

The disclosure references a previous communication (Letter No. COSEC/195/2025-26 dated 30th January 2026) that enclosed a press release announcing GGT's receipt of a ₹433 crore KAVACH order from Chittaranjan Locomotive Works, Government of India. The execution of this order was contingent upon receiving final RDSO approval for Kavach 4.0.

GGT has now received the required RDSO approval vide Letter No. RDSO-SIG0KVCH/3/2026 dated 26.10.2026. The approval specifically covers Kavach 4.0 for both Automatic and Absolute block sections.

This approval enables the execution of the previously announced ₹433 crore contract. The company has requested the stock exchanges to take this update on record.
