CG-VAK Appoints Independent Director in US Subsidiary

CG-VAK Software and Exports appointed Mr. K. Kathirvel as Independent Director in its wholly-owned US subsidiary, CG-VAK Software USA Inc.
The appointment is effective from May 6, 2026, and was disclosed under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
Mr. Kathirvel brings over 30 years of experience in construction, finance, general management, and marketing.
The director is not related to any company directors and is not debarred from holding office by SEBI.
