Chalet Hotels Limited has issued a regulatory intimation regarding a scheduled meeting of its Board of Directors.
The meeting is set to be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Concurrently, the Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from July 23, 2026, and will remain in force until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. Consequently, the trading window is scheduled to reopen on August 1, 2026.
