Mr. Manoj Agarwal brings 23 years of experience in Hospitality, Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors. His expertise includes business development, asset management, portfolio investment, asset acquisitions, corporate finance across sectors, M&A advisory, fund raising, valuations, deal sourcing and closure, portfolio monitoring (investment management), and strategic consulting.
Prior to joining Chalet Hotels, he was associated with Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd as Chief Operating Officer - Hospitality, where he led growth and performance of a portfolio of 9 operational hotels operated by Marriott, Accor and IHG. He also oversaw product development, construction and design and managed a self-operated portfolio of 5 lifestyle clubs and 2 convention centers.
