Chalet Hotels Sets AGM and Final Dividend Record Date

Chalet Hotels Limited has formally intimated the stock exchanges about its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the record date for final dividend payment for the financial year 2025-26.

The AGM of the company for FY 2025-26 is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST through video conferencing.

The final dividend shall be paid post approval of the shareholders at the AGM, within 30 days of the AGM date.
