Placement Overview

Chandigarh University announced that its Business Management students received a total of 2,605 job offers from more than 300 multinational companies during the 2025 and 2026 placement cycles. Among the placed candidates, 196 MBA students secured multiple offers. The highest salary package across all programmes was ₹20.40 LPA, while the average salary for the core MBA programmes ranged from ₹5.61 LPA to ₹6.60 LPA. For the industry‑collaborated MBA programmes, the average salary was ₹6.19 LPA.

MBA Flagship Programme Results

The university’s flagship MBA programmes placed 1,481 students, generating 1,637 offers. The highest package within this cohort was ₹17.22 LPA. Domain‑wise, marketing attracted 1,158 students with 174 companies offering positions and a top salary of ₹17.22 LPA; leading recruiters included Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Policybazaar and TVS Motors. In Human Resources, 89 students were placed with a maximum package of ₹10 LPA, the top recruiters being Hyundai Motors, Rolling, BNY International Operations, HighRadius Technologies and Bosch. Operations Management saw 42 students hired, also at a peak of ₹10 LPA, with recruiters such as Reliance BP Mobility, Lesso Build Tech, Prism Johnson, Blinkit, BNY International Operations and CP Wholesale India. Supply Chain Management placed eight students, the highest salary being ₹7 LPA, and recruiters included UltraTech Cement, DHL Supply Chain India, Bunge India and Wonder Group. Business Analytics secured eight placements with a top package of ₹9.25 LPA; recruiters were Rentokil India, Hyundai Motors and HPL Additives. The Applied Finance and Analytics stream placed 21 students, the highest package being ₹10.12 LPA, with recruiters like GoDaddy Deloitte USI (Tax), UltraTech, KPMG, Volkswagen Group and Federal Bank.

Industry‑Collaborated MBA Programme Results

Across industry‑collaborated programmes, 884 MBA students obtained jobs, with the highest package of ₹20.40 LPA and an average salary of ₹6.19 LPA. Eighty students received multiple offers, resulting in a total of 968 offers. In the MBA Business Analytics programme (partnered with IBM), 324 jobs were secured, the top salary being ₹20.40 LPA; recruiters included TCS, Deloitte USI, Mahindra Finance, HCL Technologies, Indicaa Group and Federal Bank. The MBA Banking, Financial Services and Insurance programme (in association with SBI, Tally and Moody's Analytics) placed 127 students, the highest package ₹17.22 LPA, with recruiters such as Deloitte USI, Physics Wallah, Asian Paints, Federal Bank, Mahindra Finance, KPMG India and Bajaj Auto Credit Limited. The MBA Strategic HR programme (with AON) placed 93 students, the top salary ₹15.2 LPA, and recruiters included TCS, Capgemini India, DSM‑Firmenich GBS, Policybazaar and NXP Semiconductors. The MBA Logistics and Supply Chain Management programme (with CII) secured 72 jobs, the highest package ₹10.5 LPA, with recruiters KPMG India, Flipkart, UltraTech Cement, DHL, Ford Business Solutions, Blinkit, BigBasket.com and Berger Paints. The MBA Digital Marketing programme (with Adobe) placed 114 students, the highest package ₹17.2 LPA, and recruiters Capgemini India, Zomato, Federal Bank Ltd. and Apollo Tyres. The MBA Fintech programme (with NSE Academy) placed 89 students, the highest package ₹17.2 LPA, and recruiters Deloitte USI, South Indian Bank, DSM‑Firmenich GBS, Federal Bank and Bajaj Auto Credit Limited. The MBA Data Science and AI programme (with SAS) placed 57 students, the highest package ₹17.2 LPA, and recruiters Federal Bank, Ford Business Solutions, KPMG India, Apollo Tyres, HCL Technologies Ltd. and Deloitte USI. Finally, the MBA Healthcare & Hospital Management programme (with Max Institute of Medical Education) placed 15 students, the highest package ₹20.4 LPA, with recruiters Indicaa Group, Max Super Speciality Hospital, Neelam Hospital and Paras Hospital.
