The new brand identity reflects the company's evolution from a poultry-focused business into a diversified food processing company serving leading QSR (quick service restaurant), CDR, and HoReCa brands in India and overseas markets. The company emphasized that Chatha Foods Limited continues to remain the listed entity with no change to the company's legal or corporate structure.

According to Managing Director Paramjit Chatha, the Unifayre Foods brand represents the company's expanded capabilities while maintaining the same values, expertise, and customer relationships built over three decades. The company has invested in food processing infrastructure, research and development, product innovation, and category expansion to support evolving requirements of organized foodservice businesses.
