Chatterbox Technologies Company Secretary Resigns

Ms. Prachi Kela resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Chatterbox Technologies Ltd effective April 30, 2026.
The resignation was submitted to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organization.
The company will formally present the resignation to its Board of Directors for consideration and acceptance.
All necessary regulatory filings with the ROC and stock exchanges will be completed for the cessation.
