Finor Piplaj Chemicals Ltd: India incorporated, manufactures water-soluble polymers, biocides, defoamers, dispersants, corrosion inhibitors, papermaking chemicals and other specialty chemicals. Promoter and Promoter Group holds 100% shares.
Chembond Calvatis Industrial Hygiene Systems Ltd: India incorporated, provides hygiene products and solutions for industrial and institutional markets. 55% shares held by CCL.
Chembond Water Technologies Ltd: Wholly owned subsidiary of CCL, India incorporated, provides water treatment solutions to industries.

Dividend Information

The Board of Directors has recommended a Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Dividend will be paid through electronic mode only as per SEBI Circular dated November 19, 2025.

Record Date and Book Closure
