TDS Provisions

- Non-Resident Shareholders: TDS will be deducted at 20% plus applicable surcharge and cess. They can claim benefits under Double Tax Avoidance Agreements (DTAA) by submitting a Tax Residence Certificate, Form 41, and a declaration of beneficial ownership.
- Specific Categories: Insurance companies, mutual funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and NPS Trusts can submit self-declarations for lower or nil TDS rates.
Shareholder Requirements
Shareholders must update their PAN, bank account details, and email addresses with their Depository Participants or Bigshare Services Private Limited (RTA) by 10th September 2026. Required documents should be emailed to tds@bigshareonline.com and companysec@chemcrux.com.
