The primary agenda for the board meeting includes:
- Discussion, consideration, approval, and taking on record of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2026
- Review and approval of the limited review report as required under regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
- Any other items with the permission of the Chair and Majority of Directors
