The Board will inter-alia consider, approve and take on record the following:
- Unaudited Financial Results and other of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
- Any other business item(s) with the permission of the Chair
In continuation of the company's previous letter with reference No. CMMH/BSE/2026-27/47 dated September 30, 2026 regarding 'Closure of Trading Window', and in terms of the Company's Code of Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Company's share(s) remains closed from October 1, 2026 until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. This closure applies to Directors, Designated Employees, other insiders of the Company and their immediate relatives.
