Chiraharit Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding an amendment to a previously reported purchase order. The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
The company originally received a Letter of Award (LOA) from GREENKO AP01 IREP PRIVATE LIMITED (Greenko) vide their LOA-GAP01/SOLAR/2024 dated 07th September, 2024 for ₹10.29 Crore. This LOA was converted to a Purchase Order (PO)/Work Order (WO) through Greenko's Principal Contractor 'ICOMM TELE LIMITED' (CIN: U64203TG1989PLC009561) vide their Purchase Order Number: SOL/D/PO/25-26/0185 & SOL/WO/PO/25-26/0159 dated 24/03/2026 for ₹9,54,37,131/- (Rupees Nine Crore Fifty-Four Lakh Thirty-Seven Thousand One Hundred and Thirty-One Only, excluding GST). This order was reported to BSE on 09th April, 2026.
Due to Greenko's internal arrangements, GREENKO AP01 IREP PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U40200AP2020PTC122145) has now reissued the Work Order directly to Chiraharit Limited for ₹9,99,74,325/- (Rupees Nine Crore Ninety-Nine Lakh Seventy-Four Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty-Five only, excluding GST). The company received the Composite EPC Agreement dated 14th July, 2026, which was duly signed, on 20th July, 2026.
With this new direct work order, the previous order received through ICOMM TELE LIMITED stands replaced/amended. The nature of the contract involves 'Supply and Services of MCS' and the original execution date was 24th March 2026.
