Chiraharit Limited received a domestic purchase order worth ₹4.93 crore from TP Vardhaman Surya Limited, a Tata Group company.
The order is for supply and services of SVG and filters for a wind power project in Karnataka, to be executed within 16 weeks.
The company confirmed the order is not a related party transaction and that no promoter group interest exists in the awarding entity.
