Transaction Overview
Choice International Limited announced a strategic partnership through its material subsidiary Choice Equity Broking Private Limited (CEBPL) with NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (NHIS), a South Korean financial institution and subsidiary of NH Financial Group. NHIS will invest ₹9000 million in CEBPL through Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS).
