Implementation Conditions
Choice AMC Private Limited shall commence business as Investment Manager to Wealthwave Capital Trust upon fulfilment of conditions stipulated in the Letter/No Objection Certificate (NOC). Operations will be conducted in accordance with SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations 2012, SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026, and other applicable laws.
