Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited has made a regulatory disclosure regarding the allotment of equity shares to employees under its stock option scheme.
The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company approved the allotment of 43,050 equity shares of ₹2 each to eligible employees. This allotment was made pursuant to the exercise of options under the company's employee stock option scheme.
The company will make an application for the final listing of these 43,050 equity shares on both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE). All related post-allotment formalities will be completed in due course.
The disclosure was made through a formal letter addressed to the Secretaries of both stock exchanges, signed by P. Sujatha, Company Secretary of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited.
