Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited disclosed the allotment of 98,124 equity shares of ₹2 each to eligible employees through the exercise of options under the company's employee stock option scheme. The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
The company will make an application for the final listing of these 98,124 equity shares on both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) to complete the remaining issue-related formalities.
