Cineline India Board Meeting May 15 for FY26 Results

Cineline India's board will meet on May 15, 2026 to approve audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026.
The board will consider recommending a final dividend for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
The trading window closure for designated persons, effective since April 1, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after results declaration.
