Additionally, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from Wednesday, July 01, 2026, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the financial results.
