Cinevista Board Reappoints MD, WTD, New Auditors

Cinevista Limited's board met on 31st March 2026, approving key KMP reappointments and an auditor change.
Sunil Mehta (MD) and Prem Krishen Malhotra (WTD) each reappointed for 3 years at ₹63 lakh p.a. remuneration.
M/s Sarath & Associates proposed as new Statutory Auditors for 5 AGMs, replacing M/s Raj Niranjan Associates whose tenure ends at the 29th AGM.
