Citichem India Limited has issued a notice pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 14th November, 2026.
The primary agenda for the board meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2026.
Additionally, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2026.
