City Pulse Multiventures Board Meeting Postponed to Oct 23

Previous intimation regarding board meeting was sent on October 6, 2026, scheduling the meeting for October 15, 2026.
Due to unavoidable circumstances, the board meeting originally scheduled for October 15, 2026 has been postponed.
The revised date for the board meeting is now October 23, 2026.

The board meeting was intended to consider and approve:

Unauthdited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
Any other business with permission of the Chair

The financial results consideration is pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Trading window for transactions in the company's equity shares was closed from October 1, 2026
The closure will remain in effect until October 25, 2026 (both days inclusive)
This closure is for the purpose of announcing the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
The trading window closure was previously intimated on September 30, 2026
The closure is in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons
