Key Personnel Changes
Ms. Tripti Karwa has resigned from her positions as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer as well as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The resignation is effective from the close of business on Tuesday, 18th August 2026.
Reason for Resignation
According to the resignation letter, Ms. Karwa cited "personal and professional commitment without any material reasons" for her decision to resign. The company's annexure states there were "no other reason for resignation of company secretary."
Company Response
The Company has accepted her decision to resign from the services of the Company with Immediate Effect. The resignation letter will be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with regulations.
Succession Planning
The Nomination & Remuneration Committee will identify and recommend to the Board a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer for appointment in due course of time.
Additional Details from Resignation Letter
Ms. Karwa requested the company to clear and release her July month salary and August salary till date (18th August 2026). She formally requested acknowledgment of receipt of her resignation and confirmation of the effective date of her cessation.
