City Union Bank Allots 43,166 ESOP Shares

City Union Bank allotted 43,166 equity shares to its MD & CEO under its ESOP 2017 Part B scheme.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on April 11, 2026.
The bank's paid-up capital increased from ₹74.30 crore to ₹74.31 crore post-allotment.
