City Union Bank's Board co-opted Shri R Mohan as an Additional Director in the Independent category on April 27, 2026.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval within three months as per SEBI Listing Regulations.
Shri R Mohan is a former Chief General Manager of the Bank with 39 years of banking expertise.
