City Union Bank E-Voting Approves Board Appointments

City Union Bank shareholders approved four resolutions via e-voting including appointment of Shri K. Subramanian as Independent Director.
Shri R. Vijay Anandh was appointed as Managing Director & CEO effective May 1, 2026 with remuneration approved by RBI.
Revised fixed remuneration for Dr. N. Kamakodi (MD & CEO) and Shri R. Vijay Anandh (Executive Director) were approved effective May 1, 2025 and June 24, 2025 respectively.
All resolutions passed with overwhelming majority support exceeding 99% approval from institutional and non-institutional shareholders.
