CL Educate Limited has received formal approval from the Hon'ble Regional Director, Northern Region, Directorate-I for shifting its registered office from NCT of Delhi to the State of Maharashtra. The approval was granted vide Order ID Sec 13(4)/ROC Delhi I/AC5169420/RD Delhi/2026 dated October 13, 2026.
This approval follows earlier intimations made to the stock exchanges on June 05, 2026 and July 17, 2026 regarding the proposed shifting of the registered office.
The company will now proceed to file the requisite e-forms with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies and will keep the stock exchanges informed about the effective date of the change of registered office.
