Change of Registered Office
CL Educate Limited has officially shifted its registered office from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Maharashtra with effect from October 16, 2026. This move follows earlier intimations dated June 05, 2026, July 17, 2026, and October 14, 2026, regarding the proposed shifting and consequential alteration of the Memorandum of Association.
The shift was approved by the Hon'ble Regional Director, Northern Region Directorate-I, under Section 13(4) of the Companies Act, 2013, via order dated October 13, 2026.

Following the change, the Hon'ble Registrar of Companies, Mumbai-I has registered the new address and allotted a new Corporate Identification Number (CIN) to the Company: L74899MH1996PLC477246. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on November 02, 2026.
