Classic Leasing Board Meet: Director Resignation & Appointment

Classic Leasing & Finance Ltd. has scheduled a Board meeting on 30th March, 2026, under Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR.
The meeting will consider resignation of Mrs. Minu Datta (DIN: 07183300) as Non-Executive Independent Director.
Board will also consider appointment of a new Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to member approval.
