Clean Max, Apple India, and subsidiary Taurus executed an amended investment agreement on May 6, 2026, altering the transaction sequencing.
The company will acquire 238,732 Taurus shares at ₹4,377 each, while Apple India will acquire 238,976 shares, giving them 51% and 49% stakes respectively.
Clean Max will sell its stakes in three identified SPVs to Taurus for a total consideration of ₹148.51 crore, with all transactions expected to complete by mid-May 2026.
All transactions are classified as related party transactions but are stated to be conducted at arm's length basis as per regulatory disclosures.
