Clean Max Enviro Energy Redeems INR 499 Cr NCDs Early

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd. has fully and prematurely redeemed its entire outstanding Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth INR 499 crore on 02 April 2026, well ahead of the original maturity in June 2027.
The early redemption, approved by debenture holders and the trustee, involved the timely payment of interest and principal, as per SEBI LODR and NCS Regulations.
The company redeemed 4,990 NCDs with a face value of INR 10 lakh each, totaling INR 499 crore, and paid the final interest for the period 1-2 April 2026.
