Clean Max Sells Subsidiary Shares to SAMHI, Nuvoco

Clean Max board approved sale of shares in two wholly-owned subsidiaries to SAMHI Hotels and Nuvoco Vistas.
The subsidiaries, incorporated in 2025, contributed no revenue or net worth in the last financial year.
Total consideration for both transactions amounts to INR 75,000, with completion expected by 30 June 2026.
Both transactions are not related party transactions and were conducted at arm's length.
