CleanMax allotted 13,562 equity shares via ESOP exercise and a 1:1 bonus issuance approved by shareholders.
The paid-up share capital increased from INR 11.75 crore to INR 11.75 crore post-allotment.
Allotment was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee under the CMES ESOS 2015 scheme.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares.
