CleanMax Issues ₹172 Cr Corporate Guarantees for Subsidiaries

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited issued corporate guarantees totalling ₹172 crore for two wholly-owned subsidiaries on 26 March 2026.
Guarantees of ₹84 crore and ₹88 crore were extended to Clean Max Como Private Limited and Clean Max Pacific Private Limited respectively as security for term loans.
The guarantees represent contingent liabilities with no current financial impact; promoters have no interest in the transaction, conducted at arm's length.
