CLN Energy Limited has permanently closed its Pune manufacturing facility effective March 31, 2026.
The closure is driven by consolidation of manufacturing at the larger Noida plant to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.
The Pune unit contributed ₹21.93 crore (10.01% of turnover) but less than 1% of consolidated net worth in the last financial year.
