MoU with NTPC Mining Limited for Institutional Collaboration

CMPDIL has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NTPC Mining Limited (NML) on 30th June 2026. The MoU is valid for a period of three (3) years and aims to strengthen institutional collaboration between the two entities. The agreement will facilitate the award of additional coal mining and allied assignments to CMPDIL on a nomination basis.

The MoU does not involve any direct financial commitment. However, services rendered by CMPDIL under this arrangement shall be chargeable as per prevailing norms, with fees to be mutually agreed upon on a project-to-project basis depending on the scope of work.

This disclosure is made in furtherance to the company's previous disclosure via letter no-CMPDI/CS/BSE/NSE/2026-27/14 dated 20th May 2026.
