CMPDIL's Board recommended appointing M/s Mahata Agarwal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
The appointment followed a GeM tender process and is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
