CMPDIL Appoints Three New Internal Auditors

CMPDIL appointed M/s Jain Saraogi & Co., M/s K.L.Banerjee & Co., and M/s S.K. Lulla & Co. as internal auditors for FY 2026-27 with optional one-year extensions through FY 2028-29.
M/s Jain Saraogi & Co. was designated as the Lead Internal Auditor, replacing three previous firms whose terms ended on March 31, 2026.
The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors on May 20, 2026, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, in compliance with SEBI LODR regulations.
All three new audit firms possess extensive experience in auditing public sector undertakings and mining companies and are proficient in working with SAP ERP systems.
