Board Meeting Details
A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 20, 2026 at Ranchi. The agenda includes:
- Consideration, approval, and taking on record of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2026
- Possible declaration of First Interim Dividend for FY 2026-27
