Coca-Cola India’s Festive Activation at Mysuru Dasara 2026

On 23 October 2026, Coca‑Cola India, together with its bottling partner Hindustan Coca‑Cola Beverages (HCCB), concluded a series of on‑ground activations, consumer engagements and expanded retail touchpoints that were integrated into Mysuru’s Dasara 2026 celebrations. The company’s presence was highlighted at Aahara Mela, Mysuru’s biggest food festival, where more than 150 food stalls operated and both Sprite and Coca‑Cola were prominently displayed. A notable first‑on‑ground appearance was the Sprite X Spicy activation, pairing the heat of spicy foods with the refreshing taste of Sprite.

Beyond the food festival, Coca‑Cola India deployed branded horse‑carts and highway activations that featured Sprite and Rimzim wall‑paintings and chilling centres across key travel routes and tourist spots, including Chamundi Hills, Brindavan Gardens, the Mysuru Dasara Flower Show at Kuppanna Park and Srirangapatna. Sampling activities included Rimzim Zeera and Minute Maid tetra‑pack drinks, while promotional pushes for Sprite Lemon Mint were also conducted at these locations.

Desmond Nikhil Dsouza, Vice President – Integrated Operations (HCCB) & Commercial for Coca‑Cola India & Southwest Asia, stated that festivals bring communities together and that the company’s diverse beverage portfolio, on‑ground presence and extensive bottling and distribution network enable it to be part of such celebrations while supporting local retailers and distribution channels. Vinay Nair, Chief Commercial Officer of HCCB, emphasized that delivering a consistent consumer experience during a large‑scale event like Mysuru Dasara requires strong execution across the distribution network, close engagement with distributors and retail partners, and operational readiness to meet festive demand.

The release also outlined Coca‑Cola’s broader Indian portfolio, which includes carbonated soft drinks (Coca‑Cola, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Thums Up, Thums Up XForce, Charged, Fanta, Limca, Sprite, Sprite Zero, Kinley Soda, Rimzim, Maaza, Minute Maid, Honest Tea), hydration beverages (Limca GlucoCharge, Smartwater, Kinley, Kinley Copper, Dasani, Bonaqua), premium offerings (Schweppes, Smartwater) and Costa Coffee. Coca‑Cola India operates a network of over six million retail outlets, serving millions of consumers nationwide, and pursues sustainability initiatives across water, packaging, agriculture and emissions.

Globally, The Coca‑Cola Company and its bottling partners employ more than 700,000 people, generating economic opportunities in local communities worldwide.
