Coca-Cola India and HCCB Festive Campaign Overview

The press release dated 3 Oct 2026 announces that Coca-Cola India, together with its bottling partner Hindustan Coca‑Cola Beverages (HCCB), launched a multi‑film campaign titled “Festivals Are for All” to celebrate the festive season across Maharashtra. The initiative aims to embed Coca‑Cola’s beverage portfolio into a wide range of cultural and consumer occasions, ranging from neighbourhoods and housing societies to eateries and retail outlets.

Campaign Content and Brand Activation

The core film, along with supporting videos, portrays the collective festive journey, highlighting everyday moments and the people behind them. Specific brand activations include:

  • Sprite X Spicy – paired with spicy food offerings;
  • Minute Maid – on‑the‑go sampling;
  • Maaza’s Society Anandotsav – a dedicated celebration within housing societies, with participation from more than 400 societies in Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Distribution and Retail Reach

HCCB leveraged its extensive retail and distribution network, supported by neighbourhood retailers, trade partners and quick‑commerce platforms, to ensure continuous product availability throughout the festive period. The “Coke On Wheels” service delivered chilled Coca‑Cola beverages to high‑footfall festive locations and transit routes, reinforcing last‑mile accessibility.

Sustainability and Waste Management Initiatives

The campaign also addressed post‑consumption waste. The Coca‑Cola India Foundation (Anandana) partnered with HCCB, NGO Sangam Pratishthan, and Safai Saathis to conduct PET bottle collection drives at pandals, aiming for cleaner festival spaces. At the Parel Cha Raja venue, a “Waste to Wonder” live‑art installation transformed discarded bottle caps and labels into large‑scale street art, created in collaboration with the artist collective Doodle Mapuls.

Executive Statements

Desmond Nikhil Dsouza, Vice President – Integrated Operations (HCCB) & Commercial, Coca‑Cola India & Southwest Asia, said the festive season “has a special significance across Maharashtra, bringing people together through traditions, shared experiences and a strong sense of togetherness,” and emphasized the company’s role in keeping consumers refreshed while creating economic opportunities for local vendors and retailers.

Vinay Nair, Chief Commercial Officer, Hindustan Coca‑Cola Beverages, highlighted the company’s manufacturing and distribution capabilities, noting that a robust last‑mile retail network ensures seamless beverage availability and supports the broader retail and supply‑chain ecosystem that underpins the celebrations.
