Cochin Shipyard Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding changes to its Board of Directors.
The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW), Government of India, through their letter no. SY-11012/1/2017-CSL dated July 17, 2026, appointed two new Part-time Official (Nominee) Directors:
- Shri Mukesh Mangal ITS, Additional Secretary, MoPSW
- Smt. Anupama T. V. IAS, Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Kerala
These appointments are effective from July 17, 2026 and are valid "until further orders." The new directors replace:

- Shri P.B Nooh IAS, former Special Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Kerala
Consequently, both outgoing directors have ceased to be directors of the company with effect from July 17, 2026.
