Important Clarification

The resignation is restricted solely to the position of CFO and shall not be construed as resignation from the office of Managing Director (MD) or from the Board of Directors. Mr. Vivek Kumar Singhal will continue to serve as the Managing Director and discharge his duties in that capacity.

Future Action
