Coforge Limited announces the Scheme of Amalgamation with Cigniti Technologies has become effective as of May 5, 2026.
The appointed date for the merger is set as April 1, 2025, with Cigniti dissolving into Coforge.
The Board will meet to fix a record date for issuing new Coforge shares to Cigniti shareholders per the swap ratio.
