Partnership Overview
Coforge Limited announced a partnership with Driving Forward, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization that helps first-generation and under-resourced college students successfully transition from college to career. The partnership was formalized through Coforge's participation as an Opportunity Sponsor at Driving Forward's 2026 Annual Celebration held in Chicago.
Program Details
Driving Forward helps students build practical skills, confidence and professional networks through programs that include paid internships, one-on-one mentorship and coaching, project-based learning, career-readiness training and networking opportunities. Since 2020, the organization has positively impacted nearly 280 students.
Coforge's Involvement
Coforge's sponsorship reflects its commitment to expanding access to career development opportunities and supporting the next generation of professionals. The Coforge team attended the celebration, joining students, mentors, volunteers and industry leaders to recognize the impact of the program. Several Coforge employees volunteered and some have been selected to serve as Driving Forward mentors in 2027.
Event Scale
The 2026 Annual Celebration brought together approximately 100 attendees, including students, volunteer mentors and executives from across the healthcare and business communities.
