Mr. Mishra is a Fellow Member of ICSI with an LL.M. and over two decades of corporate secretarial, legal, and governance experience.
The appointment was approved by the Board on March 30, 2026, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, per Regulation 30.
